They work so well! The high heat setting gets to be a little too warm for my hands actually. Out of the 4 that came to me I had an issue with one having a wiggly charging port that did stop charging after a couple weeks, but customer service has been wonderful to work with, with quick responses. I’ll probably order more later in the year as Christmas gifts for other cat lovers in my life.

Great! The product is practical is perfect for putting it in the purse or coat pocket. It heats up rather quickly.

Nothing to complain about as the description come with an explanation manual and an adapter and heats in two different ways 45 degrees or 55 I love!

It is so good. Good quality, I recommend the seller and the product too. It gets warm quickly, I can't wait to use it in winter. It is a plus that you can charge your phone with it.

Really made up with this hand warmer! Instructions came with English but it’s really easy to use anyway, super cute and gets really warm ideal for the British weather :)
